For information on upcoming club social events, hosts, work hours and number of attendees at last years event, please contact the club Social Director.

Recap your event providing an overview which helps you share what you experienced, the ideas/areas that worked well and those that didn’t and require attention.

Include in this report the number of meals prepared for and the number of meals served.

We are particularly interested in quantities purchased/cooked and what quantities were left over. For example you made a potato salad and purchased 10 lbs. of potatoes and but found you could have used 5 lbs. because there was a lot left.  

Comment on Food –preparation, quality, cooking, service, kitchen, equipment, seating, staffing Etc. Please make recommendations!

Your report is important so the social director can make necessary adjustments to similar future events thus providing a better overall experience for the members, which is our ultimate goal.
